Booking & Tickets
-
Glastonbury Tickets are not currently included in the price of accommodation. We are awaiting confirmation of our ticket allocation from the Festival and will provide updates when they are provided.
-
Bookings will open at the same time as the ticket sales (1st & 4th October 2026). Once you have secured your tickets simply visit our website and select the live booking link. You will be asked for your ticket confirmation number, guest details and preferences. Once the form is submitted it will reserve your accommodation pending payment.
-
This will depend on the accommodation you book and will be clearly stated on the website and booking form. You will either be required to pay in full or a 50% deposit with balance due in early 2027.
-
We accept BACS transfers, cheques and cash only.
-
Absolutely. Please allow up to 48hours and a receipt will be issued via email.
-
For full terms please see our Terms and Conditions. It will ultimately depend on the timing of your cancellation and whether we can re-sell the accommodation.
-
We don’t charge a damage deposit but you will be liable for any costs to company equipment in line with the Terms and Conditions.
-
Please contact a member of our team and we will try to accommodate your request. Depending on the request it may not be possible but we will strive to find a suitable solution.
-
Of course, if you can let us know at your earliest convenience we will be sure to keep your group together. It wouldn’t be possible to do so if you have booked in different areas or structures.
-
Given our location near to the kids field, circus and theatre etc we are ideally suited to families. Children are most welcome, under 5s are free.
Facilities
-
Absolutely! We have much better ratios of toilets and showers compared with other camping options. These mostly consist of toilet and shower trailers with individual cubicles, we also have composting toilets serving the perimeter of the site. They are available 24hours a day and are cleaned and maintained throughout your stay. Accessibility toilets and showers are also available if required.
-
Food and drink is available throughout the day, served from our bars, restaurant and food stalls.
-
We are surrounded on three sides by the Festival fortress fence with our own SIA accredited security teams manning entrances and patrolling internal areas. It is always advisable to leave valuables at home, but Love Fields is a secure site.
-
Some of our accommodation provides power for charging electrical devices and a battery bank exchange is offered for charging on the go. We also have plug outlets dotted across the site which are free to use.
-
We do! Our lovely Spa team are on hand with spa and beauty treatments, pamper areas to get ready in and well being spaces are provided should you need time away for a while.
-
We have a few large covered areas offering respite from the conditions with plentiful seating and nearby entertainment, food and bars.
-
Love Fields is farm land and this should be considered prior to arrival. This being said we ensure the site is suitable for all, including access to all our facilities. If you have any concerns then please let us know and we can ensure we have everything covered prior to your arrival.
-
Love Fields is a retreat in itself but there are specific areas to get away and have a moment to yourself if required. Please speak to one of the staff if you need any help, that’s what we’re here to do.
Check In & Out
-
We officially open at 12pm on Wednesday. We do allow live-in vehicles with cooking facilities to arrive on Tuesday at no additional fee. Please contact us to make arrangements outside of these times.
-
To check in you will require the following information:
Invoice number and name of the lead booker
Photo ID
-
After checking in you will be shown to your accommodation and advised of the best place to park after you have unloaded your belongings.
-
I’m afraid Love Fields is a private campsite reserved for guests only. Just inside Gate C there are nice bars to meet up with friends and family.
-
We close at 12pm on Monday following the festival. We recommend departing early to avoid the departing festival traffic.
-
Please refer to the accommodation descriptions on our website for more information.
-
A list of furnishings is included in the product descriptions on our website. The photographs are for guidance only and interiors may vary in appearance.
-
We would always recommend leaving valuables at home unless strictly required. Some of our accommodation options are lockable, and we have 24hour security looking after us all.
-
We are at the mercy of the British weather with this one, it can get chilly on a clear night so bring suitable clothes to sleep in. Canvas structures can get hot in the heat of the day but mesh windows and the door can provide much needed ventilation. Air conditioning is available in the Airstreams and Motorhomes and the Mongolian Yurts are insulated.
-
Again please refer to the specific information on the website as some accommodation has power included. We offer battery banks for phone charging with unlimited re-fills to keep your phones topped up.
-
I’m afraid gazebos and other structures are not permitted with the exception of awnings attached to campervans.

I’m afraid we can’t offer this service. We will include local charging points in our guest Welcome Packs for information.

General
-
I’m afraid just like the festival we do allow pets to join us. Not even our 5 dogs get invited!
-
We are a working farm outside of the festival dates and as such do not allow glass onsite.
-
As has been highlighted by this summers heatwave, open fires are strictly prohibited. Cooking within your accommodation is permitted for live-in vehicles but please do so responsibly.
-
We provide food and drink options but please feel free to bring your own with you. Stay glass free and only bring what you intend to consume personally. We do not permit any form of trading on our site.
-
We operate a challenge 21 policy so please don’t be offended if we ask for ID. Alcohol for personal consumption is permitted but please drink responsibly.
-
We have dedicated water standpipes located across our site and canned water can be purchased from the bars. Water is available for campervans/Motorhomes but it is not always possible to drive up to them so please bring a suitable container for this purpose.
-
We have waste points for campervans/Motorhomes in Barron Ground for guests to use.
-
We would recommend only bringing what you intend to consume or take home with you. Rubbish collection points are located across the site and this is recycled by our partners off-site
