We do not allow glass bottles on site at Love Fields.

Can i pitch my tent or gazebo in the campsite?

For customers that have booked one of our structures in Love Fields, unfortunately we do not allow the erection of any type of additional structures. We have an exclusive area with beautiful canvas structures carefully positioned to provide guests with space and privacy and therefore we cannot allow tents, gazebos or wind brakes. The same rules apply in the Spring Ground.

For guests who have booked a Campervan / Caravan / Motorhome pitch in Glastonbury Docks, fitted awnings can be used but a separate tent cannot be put up in one of these pitches. If you have friends wanting to pitch a tent, then they must book a separate tent pitch. Gazebos and wind brakes can be used in Glastonbury Docks PYO pitches but all structures (including the guy ropes) must fit within the footprint of the pitch which is clearly marked. Details of pitch sizes are available on our website. Please remember to check the dimensions of your Campervan/Caravan/Motorhome/Tent prior to booking.

Accommodation FAQ's

How many people does my ACCOMMODATION sleep?

Please refer to the Compare Accommodation pages of our website for full details. Our furnished accommodation options sleep from 2-4 guests depending on the structure. If you are a larger group, you would need to look to book multiple structures.

Our ‘Pitch Your Own’ pitches are for 2 guests and you can add an additional 2 guests at an additional charge. Our PYO pitches can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests over 5 years of age per pitch. One child under 5 years old can also be added to the pitch if needed. All guests must be included in the booking and no additional guests can be included at the last minute.

Please be aware that we have a maximum guest capacity which cannot be exceeded so it may not be able to add guests to your booking following the ticket resale (even if you only have 2 guests included on the original booking staying on your pitch).

What furnishings are provided?

Please refer to the specific descriptions of our accommodation options on our website where full details are listed of what’s included. If you have any further questions regarding the accommodation or facilities, please don't hesitate to email any questions to info@thelovefields.com

What bedding do i need ot bring?

All bedding is included in our furnished structures in Love Fields including the Mongolian Yurts, Ash Yurts, Kushti Cabins, Lotus Belle Tents, Airstreams and Furnished Bell Tents. If you have booked an Unfurnished Bell Tent or a ‘Pitch Your Own’ pitch in Glastonbury Docks you will need to bring your own bedding.

ARE THE STRUCTURES SECURE?

There is 24hr security at all access points into the field and patrolling the site. Only Love Fields guests are permitted access to accommodation areas. Some structures have lockable doors, however, all valuables are left at the owners risk. We would recommend carrying valuables with you or not bringing them at all.

Is there lighting?

All of the communal areas and walkways are well lit. Electric lighting is provided in some of our structures. Battery or solar lighting is available in the Ash Yurts and Lotus Belle Tents. We would recommend that you bring a hand or head torch with you as these are useful both in and outside the festival site. NO naked flames or candles are permitted in or around any of our structures or in the PYO camping areas. Only Love Fields staff are permitted to light the fire pits or candles and only in designated areas where they can be supervised by staff.

How warm are the structures?

Our canvas structures are made from heavy grade canvas and are generally warmer than normal tents. However, please be warned that it can get chilly on a clear night so feel free to bring blankets if you would like to. We do try to provide sufficient bedding to ensure you have a cosy nights sleep in our furnished structures. The Airstreams have heating and the Mongolian Yurts are well insulated so retain heat better than other single skin canvas structures.

Does my structure or pitch have power?

Our Mongolian Yurts, Kushti Cabins and Airstreams are provided with an electric power supply. Other furnished structures are supplied with either battery or solar powered lighting. For our ‘Pitch Your Own’ guests in Campervan / Caravan / Motorhomes, you have the option to book electric hook for an additional fee (limited numbers available, subject to availability at time of booking).

can i camp next to my friends?

All structures and pitches are allocated prior to your arrival so if you are part of a group who would like to be near each other, please make us aware of this as early as possible. It may not be possible for PYO Tent guests to be next to a PYO Motorhome pitch but we will do our best to allocate group pitches as close together as possible as long as we know who is in your group! Pre-allocation of pitches means multiple pitches can be ‘reserved’ for group bookings and guests can arrive any time and join their specified group.

A wheelchair accessible composting toilet is located in Barron Ground, Spring Ground and Glastonbury Docks. Showers typically have a few steps up to the cubicle door but we do have one shower that can be converted to a wheelchair accessible unit using temporary ramps. Every endeavour is made to create wheelchair access into, from and around our site. Anyone with specific requirements are encouraged to ask for assistance from a member of Love Fields staff. The more information you are willing to share prior to your arrival, the better prepared we will be to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible.
