Below are some answers to commonly asked questions whilst guests are on-site. If your question is not answered please also see FAQs on our website or ask a member of our team.

If there is an immediate threat to life then please call 999 and provide the emergency services with our what3words location “appealing.thumb.give”
Next please raise the alarm with a member of Love Fields staff. A difibrillator is located in the Barron Ground reception if required.
For minor injuries and any other concerns please speak to a member of our team in the first instance. Receptions and bars have basic first aid supplies where required.

If you notice a fire (or potential risk of fire) please raise the alarm immediately with the nearest member of staff and alert those around you.
There are fire points located around the field with water and buckets to help extinguish small fires. If you are not sure of the cause of the fire please do not attempt to extinguish the fire yourself.
Make your way to the nearest assembly point if instructed to do so by a member of staff.

We undoubtedly have the best toilet and shower/guest ratios for any offsite campsite but they still do get busy during peak times (8am-11am). Please prepare for a small wait during these times or make use of the facilities during quieter periods.
We service the toilets and showers regularly throughout the weekend but please report any issues to reception/member of staff as soon as you can so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Please make use of the compost toilets located around he field perimeter, they’re a great eco option.

Please be aware these do get extremely busy during peak times (8-11am) and we ask that sockets not be used to for other purposes during these times.
There are mirrors and a small table top to hold your belongings. Sockets and seating is provided in some areas and further standing areas have been added for 2024 to increase capacity.
We have provided some hair dryers but please feel free to use your own.

This service is only available to guests that pre-ordered at the time of booking. Please make use of the available sockets to charge your own packs/phones.
Replacement battery banks can be obtained from the Docklands bar and reception located by Gate C. A limited number will be available at the reception in Barron Ground.

The Docklands Bar will open from 11am to 2am daily.
Please keep an eye out for live music performances throughout the weekend and show our live acts your support.

Please park where the stewards direct you and park straight on to the hedge/rope.
You will have access to your cars throughout but please do not leave your engines running to avoid causing nuisance to other guests.
If you need to leave the site then we ask that you park close to the exit and drive at 5mph when on site.
Blue Route is one way so you will need to exit left on Pylle Road and return via the A37.
You will not be able to leave and return after midday on Sunday as the Blue Route changes direction.

All property is bought onto site at the owners own risk.
Where possible it is a good idea to label any items so that we can get these back to you.
Please hand in any lost items to a member of staff, providing a description of when and where the item was found.
We will store lost items in the bars and receptions throughout the day before collecting them at Gate C reception each evening.
Please email info@thelovefields.com if you discover a missing item on returning home, a clear description of the item would really help us return it safely.
